L'Eclair de Genie, Paris

When it comes to eclairs, the best place in the world to try them is Paris. This city produces the best and most delicious eclairs.

Right here at L'Eclair de Genie, a patisserie that focuses only on eclairs is where you can find some of the most remarkable eclairs in Paris. These edible works of art are creations of French pastry chef Christophe Adams who is known to be the master of eclairs. Athough their eclairs are slightly smaller compared to the eclairs from the boulangerie and a tad pricier but believe me, they're worth every euro. Packed with rich and creamy filling then spread with glaze and topped with yummy toppings, every bite is bursting with flavour. These torpedo-shaped pastries come in every imaginable flavour and are a must eat when you visit Paris.
